You may use the Site to learn about Driven Reviews and request a demo. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Demo scheduling is provided through a third-party service, HubSpot. When you book a demo, you're subject to HubSpot's terms in addition to ours. We'll use the information you provide to prepare for and conduct your demo, and to follow up about Driven Reviews.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driven will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Driven and Driven Reviews names and marks, is the property of Driven or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission.
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including Google Analytics and HubSpot. We aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
